Twisted Arm Causes Blog!
By Richard Best, M.Ed., CMC | April 12, 2011 at 09:34 PM EDT | 1 comment

My Publisher (doesn't that sound important?) suggested I start writing a blog to help increase the awareness of what executives experience when working with me. After some deliberations on why I couldn't do this, he convinced me that my life was being led directly towards writing blog entries.

Those of you who know me, know that my coaching is driven by, "who do you want to be?" My only option now: I want to be a blogger, reach more people, and assist in the transformation of people's lives. There...I said it and it's now written down for everyone to see...there's no turning back...it's gaining on me...oh no! Can someone help me??? Oops, sorry for the overactive amygdala. Click the link and learn about the amygdala-my coaching uses neuroscience to facilitate change and the amygdala is a critical part of neuroscience (Thanks Dr. Srini Pillay).

What are the subjects of the blog you might ask?

  • Characteristics of Servant Leadership
  • Real Life Challenges of Executives
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Executive Coaching
  • Random Musings on Leadership

My hope is that you will return frequently and make comments for others to see. Thank you for stopping by and thanks to David for twisting my arm over a beer to start this blog.
